Uniqlo unveils baby and toddler Picture Book collection

Retailer launches tees and pyjama sets featuring scenes from favourite picture books including Elmer.

Uniqlo has launched a new baby and toddler collection of t-shirts and pyjama sets featuring scenes from favourite picture books.

The Picture Book Collection is aimed at ages 12 months up to four years and is available in Japan and certain international markets, including the UK.

It includes Elmer the Patchwork Elephant, with the deal brokered by Plazastyle – Elmer’s Japanese agent – on behalf of Andersen Press.

Characters are also featured from works by Ken Wakayama/Koguma-Sha (licensed by Cosmo Merchandising) and Jon Klassen titles such as I Want My Hat Back.
