The Good Toy Guide – an independent, expert accreditation service for children’s products – has responded to consumer demand by launching an e-commerce solution in time for the Christmas shopping period.
The comprehensive resource, which was founded by Dr Amanda Gummer and is best known for its trusted toy reviews, has expanded its business to offer a one-stop-shop with a streamlined checkout option in preparation for the busy festive season. It will be shipping toys directly from its warehouse in Nottingham.
The Good Toy Guide mark has long been a sought-after accreditation for manufacturers, but now comes with unlimited potential for return on investment with a flexible e-commerce solution.
“In a time where we’re unable to get hands-on and test toys in-store, having the shop functionality as part of the Good Toy Guide enables parents and guardians to cut through the noise and puts the power back into their hands when buying toys and games,” states Dr. Amanda Gummer.
Anna Williamson, TV presenter and mum of two, is working with the team to share the benefits of the guide. “I know first-hand how important it is to have good quality, great value and trusted, well-researched opinions,” she adds. “The Good Toy Guide provides all of this and I couldn’t do without it to help me make the best buying decisions.”
The first wave of brands on board with the Good Toy Guide’s evolution includes Learning Resources, Hornby Hobbies, Geomag, Galt Toys and Trends.
