Collaborating on the brand’s Misty the Smart Cloud product, the duo are dedicated to promoting safer sleep for all babies.
The team at Sweet Dreamers have been passionate about supporting healthy sleep patterns for all the family for well over a decade and continued this mission when they unveiled the award-winning Misty the Smart Cloud last year. The product is a four-in-one nursery thermometer which links to an app and Amazon Alexa.
Misty’s room thermometer helps parents ensure a perfect room environment for safer sleep, the function which stood out most to The Lullaby Trust.
Misty’s mobile phone app provides live data of their child’s sleeping environment, but also alerts parents if the nursery gets too hot or cold. This feature allows parents to have immediate information via push notifications to help ensure they can react quickly if a change is needed.
Lynda Harding, founder and creator of Sweet Dreamers, commented: “We are honestly so proud to be working in partnership with The Lullaby Trust on our clever and super cute Misty. We have always been firm believers in the importance of a good night’s sleep and determined to champion safer sleep, making this collaboration extremely important to us.
“When designing Misty, our priority was to create a product that would help parents keep their little ones as safe as possible when sleeping – giving them the important information at the touch of a button. We really are delighted the Lullaby Trust have partnered with us on the product.”
Jenny Ward, ceo of The Lullaby Trust, added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Sweet Dreamers on their innovative Misty the Smart Cloud. It is really important that babies are kept at a comfortable temperature whilst they sleep, not too hot or too cold, as the chance of SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome) is higher in babies who get too hot. With Misty’s room thermometer, parents can easily keep an eye on the temperature of their baby’s room.
“Safer sleep saves babies’ lives, and it is great to be working with a company that is determined to champion this advice and put safety first. We’re so looking forward to working together and raising awareness of SIDS and safer sleep to as many families as possible.”
