Infant brand is exhibiting at dedicated licensing show in Las Vegas this month.
Infant brand Sophie la girafe is heading to Las Vegas this month to showcase its latest deals and updates to the international licensing community.
The brand will be exhibiting at Licensing Expo – which runs from May 22-24 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
It will be talking about a number of new deals which it has secured. These will include a new line of DIY knitting kits made by Stitch and Story, which are due to launch in the US imminently.
In addition, the layette will launch in spring/summer 2018 in ten countries thanks to Danish partner Småfolk, with a baby bedlinen completing the range.
Following the success of the first My Baby Album, Marabout has launched a second edition of the book in France, while the company is also due to launch a cross stitch kit to create Sophie la girafe embroidery.
The baby shoe category, meanwhile, is a new one for the brand, with French company Baby Love creating ballerina and baby sneakers. The range will launch in spring/summer 2018 in France and Belgium.
Finally, Trousselier has launched a new collection of nightlights, musical boxes and a magic lantern.
On top of the new licensing deals, the webseries – which launched in France in October 2017 – is performing well. It has been watched over five million times and has launched in a number of territories this year including the US (on Hulu) and the UK. The second part of the webseries is due at the end of the year.
The company is also actively seeking partners around the world for baby bedlinen, jewellery, accessories, luggage and stationery for parents among other categories.
