Pushchair brand Quinny held a groundbreaking panel event at London’s Hoxton Arches on Thursday 9 May 2019, talking about the reality of modern parenting.
The two-hour talk was attended by 70 people, who had the opportunity to listen to four very different panelists talking about their very different parenting realities; Caro Greenwood (@spikey), Jamie Beaglehole (@daddyanddad), Remi Sade (@booksbabyandback) and Laura Bailey (@thatmumwithcancer).
The frank discussion saw Quinny push the boundaries to portray a more realistic spectrum of parenting in 2019, covering cancer, single parenting, racism, homophobia, the blended family, adoption and autism in a warm and friendly environment.
By taking this upfront approach Quinny embraced the theme for its new Hubb pushchair – with a ‘BRING IT ON’ strapline, the concept involves taking on whatever life throws at you.
“What an event! For us, the Hubb is an exciting, dynamic and flexible product designed to meet today’s diverse parenting needs,” said Dorel Juvenile’s marketing manager of UK and Ireland Debbie Wakefield.
“We are proud to be involved in such a frank and honest conversation about the realities that these parents really face. Nothing in this world is perfect, our campaign is about being you and tackling whatever life brings head on and that’s exactly what Quinny Hubb is designed to do.”
