PPS Awards levels up for tenth anniversary

The Progressive Preschool Awards – PPS Awards as it is affectionately known – will mark its tenth anniversary in 2022.

The much-loved event is a significant date in the diary for the toy, nursery, apparel and licensing sectors, with the awards now setting a benchmark standard that retailers know and trust.

As part of its ten-year anniversary, the event will move to an increased function space at the Royal Lancaster London, a prestigious London hotel venue which has recently undergone an extensive £80 million renovation and enhancement programme.

The new venue will allow the PPS Awards to offer a much large drinks reception space and additional luncheon tables in the ballroom.

Commenting on the move, Rob Willis, director and co-owner of Max Publishing which owns and organises The PPS Awards, said: “It’s tremendously exciting to have reached our tenth year as the organiser of the industry’s awards, having lasted the test of time the event is now the focal point of trade awards in the sector.

“We have worked with Royal Lancaster London for a very long time and already use the venue for other events and it is always an amazingly palatial experience for guests. As the event has sold out every year for the majority of the last decade, we look forward to being able to say ‘yes’ to everyone at what is, in my humble opinion, one of the best networking days in the year.”

The PPS Awards will take place on Tuesday 15 November 2022, with category entry going live in April 2022. Keep an eye on www.ppsawards.co.uk for updates and you can also sign-up to www.preschoolnews.net to get alerts.
