Obaby to rebrand for 2020

Nursery products company Obaby has kicked off the new year by announcing that it will be rebranding during 2020, with a new-look logo and new five-year strategy.

The popular supplier will be re-organising the company in January 2020, with Sally Lewin appointed as managing director and Jason Crossland joining the company as head of operations in addition to a number of other personnel changes.

With a new five-year strategy firmly in place, Obaby will be growing with its retail and service partners as well as launching a new customer-friendly website.

A key focus will be to make the Obaby shopping experience as hassle-free and as enjoyable for customers as possible, both before and after making a purchase. This has already been put into action, thanks to the new customer relations management system ‘freshdesk’, which launched late 2019 and provides retailers and end-users with a five-star service from Obaby’s fully trained aftersales team.
