Exhibitors at America’s biggest trade event for the baby and preschool product industry, ABC Kids Expo 2019, are already coming up with offers and incentives to encourage buyers to visit their stand at this year’s show, while plans for a new floor layout and dedicated meeting areas are in place
Taking place in Las Vegas from 23 – 25 October, ABC Kids Expo is a non-profit event organised by All Baby & Child Corporation. Each year, the show attracts around 10,000 visitors from over 70 international destinations, offering an unmissable opportunity to engage and connect with buyers and suppliers from around the world.
With over 600 exhibitors vying for buyer’s attention, there are a whole host of special deals and incentives on offer, covering everything from a show-only discount to special gifts and free shipping. A brand new floor layout for 2019 will consolidate all exhibitors onto one floor, from Home Furnishings and Boutique Marketplace to a Parisian shopping experience in The Plaza.
Buyers can also book space at The Buyer Connection, a unique area which provides private meeting spaces and resources to support interaction between buyers and exhibitors away from the stand environment. Meeting rooms can be booked in two-hour blocks.
Other incentives for this year include the Invention Connection, designed to give the juvenile products community an inside look at the next big thing. This showcase creates an opportunity for inventors to gauge interest in their new products, while also providing access to existing manufacturers regarding licensing or selling their invention.
International visitors and buyers are invited to the Industry Reception and Networking Event, which is held on Wednesday,
October 23, 2019 at the Brooklyn Bowl. They will also benefit from access to the international lounge with complimentary refreshments, while a dedicated section of the ABC Kids Expo website contains a host of information for international visitors, covering travel information, show credentials and more.
