Little Concepts is readying for the launch of a raft of new PlanToys product, having come through a successful busy trade fair season.
Highlights of the new drop include the Dentist Set which aims to teach youngsters the importance of a tooth care. The set includes four basic dental tools, a toothbrush, a set of velcro teeth (with three spare teeth) and a doctor case.
Also arriving will be the Wonky Fruit and Vegetables produced in collaboration with social enterprise, Kromkommer, to highlight the issue of food waste.
The toy aims to teach children to understand that the imperfect shapes do not reduce the benefits of the fruit and veg, as well as enhancing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
The set includes a wooden knife and five slice-able fruit and veg: apple, pear, carrot, tomato and cucumber.
In addition, the new wobbly Penguin encourages visual development for babies and is suitable from 12 months.
Little Concepts said that the lines received a strong reaction at the shows, with the company exhibiting at Top Drawer, Spielwarenmesse and Spring Fair.
