Lisle Licensing strengthens preschool portfolio with Milo

Planeta Junior signs agency to handle brand in the UK & Ireland; series due to premiere on Milkshake in the spring.

Lisle Licensing has secured a deal with Planeta Junior to represent new preschool property, Milo, in the UK and Ireland.

The show – which consists of 52 x 11-minute episodes focusing on an adventurous five year old cat who, together with his best friends Lofty and Lark, uses role-play to explore the world of vocations – is due to launch in the UK on Channel 5’s Milkshake strand in the spring.

Milo’s world celebrates roles such as delivery workers, explorers, nurses and astronauts among others, with the aim to show children that they can grow up to be anything they want to be.

Lisle Licensing will be focusing on initial categories including toys, publishing, apparel and dress-up.
