A new consumer competition has been launched as part of a fun new partnership between nursery and preschool retailer JoJo Maman Bébé and LittleLife, the company behind the hugely popular toddler backpacks, carriers and other products.
The joint initiative asks preschoolers (and their parents!) to design the next backpack in the Little Life catalogue. Customers are directed to the www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk website where they can download an entry form and blank bag template.
Entries – which need to be in before Friday 22 June – should be uploaded direct to the website or posted on instagram, with the hashtag #jojolittledesigner. The top five will be chosen by a panel comprised of JoJo Manan Bébé founder Laura Tenison, LittleLife founder Mark Cobham and Jellycat illustrator Louise Tate, before going on to the public vote.
“Our animal backpacks have been delighting little adventurers for ten years and we are really excited to be able to introduce a new character designed by one of JoJo Maman Bébé’s young customers,” said LittleLife’s marketing manager Nina Cochran.
“We hope the competition will give toddlers the chance to exercise their creativity and are really looking forward to seeing all the entries,” she continued. “We’re particularly delighted to be working with JoJo on this campaign, the store has stocked our backpacks since they launched and continue to be a fantastic retailer partner for the LittleLife brand.”
The winning design will be announced on 6 July and will be available to buy from JoJo Maman Bébé from April 2019.
