Ickle Bubba is ‘well ahead of the curve’

Award-winning nursery brand Ickle Bubba is ‘well ahead of the curve’ as it celebrates its seventh year in business in 2020, having experienced remarkable growth during that time.

Following its opening back in in 2013, the brand has boasted a fast-growing portfolio of affordable, functional and stylish products for every family.

The founders, Fran and Veronica Vaughan, first launched the business from their spare room, with the aim of  designing and creating a high-quality travel system that offered exceptional value for money, without compromise.

Now, seven successful years later, Ickle Bubba has experienced remarkable growth, with a team of 28 employees supporting the brand across its three offices in England, Wales and China. Sold in more than 230 UK stockists, Ickle Bubba is also available in seven countries, including France and Germany.

“Our journey so far has been really positive and the fact we have only just scratched the surface makes it all the more exciting,” said Fran. “We have ambitious plans, with international expansion across all categories a clear focus. We’re currently two years into a three-year plan and well ahead of the curve, which bodes well for future expansion.”

Fran continued: “We are extremely proud of Ickle Bubba, not only its success and the fact it has consistently grown year on year, but the fact it has stayed true to its founding principles to deliver great products at brilliant value.”
