hauck is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year with a raft of activity including the expansion of its baby range, a charitable initiative in Germany, plus a high profile collaboration with Disney.
Back in the 1980s, hauck became the first licensee of The Walt Disney Company in the German baby market.
As both companies are celebrating 100 years in 2023, a joint anniversary product will be launched: a limited edition Travel N Care Set consisting of a travel pushchair and a matching bag. The edition features special holographic design elements of Mickey and Minnie Mouse in the pram canopy.
On top of this, the company will expand its baby product range, with new lines being added including bath tubs, changing mats and FSC-certified wooden toys (such as play boards with a motor loop and a sound game for the Alpha highchair).
hauck is also planning to expand its social commitment in the second half of the year.
Meanwhile, a joint project with the only vocational school for wickerwork design in Germany – the Lichtenfels School of Wickerwork – will see hauck return to its roots and the craft where it all began.
