Geomagworld celebrating Toy Fair recognition

Brand is runner-up in the Editors’ Choice Awards with its green collection.

Geomagworld is celebrating after having received recognition for its new toy lines with low environmental impact – and made with recycled materials – at last week’s UK Toy Fair.

The company’s innovative Green Collection was voted runner-up in the 2020 Editors’ Choice Awards, which is reserved for products which stand out during Toy Fair.

“We are very proud of the result we have achieved,” commented Filippo Gallizia, ceo of Geomagworld. “Coming runner-up in the Editors’ Choice Awards is really important for us. It means that the hard work we put in to create this sustainable and responsible collection has been recognised and appreciated.

“We shall continue to strive to ensure that our products have an ever lower impact on the planet, while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety and design. The issue of environmental responsibility is an inherent part of Geomagworld’s DNA and we are keen to continue our journey in this direction.”

The company’s Magicube Full Color has new building blocks, now manufactured with 100% recycled plastics and comes in special packaging made with 80% recycled PET. Meanwhile, the Geomag Classics is characterised by its magnetic rods, panels and bases produced using 100% recycled plastics.
