The consumer campaign launches during Self Care September to help drive awareness of the brand.
Aiming to tackle taboos associated with self care and mental health, the new initiative from Dreamgenii will feature podcasts with experts who will provide supportive and reassuring advice.
#PregnancyPillowTalk kicked off with a pregnancy podcast from midwife and influencer Illy Morrison, aka @mixing.up.motherhood. The series are hosted in association with consumer lifestyle and pregnancy website My Baba and its established Parental Control podcasts.
Podcast host and My Baba editor, Ellie Thompson, commented: “I was thrilled to welcome Illy Morrison to My Baba’s podcast Parental Control, to discuss the hot topic of pregnancy and sleep. We chat about everything from snoring husbands to pregnancy ailments and the need to pee. It’s a must-listen for any expectant mama.”
In celebration of the launch, Dreamgenii will use the initiative to educate on the benefits of using a pregnancy, feeding and support pillow, while including a sales-driving purchasing incentive discount offer.
The next podcast will be a discussion with certified sleep consultant Sophie Wilkinson, about the dread of putting a baby to bed.
Dreamgenii marketing manager, Amy Sellers, added: “2022 has been a massive year for the Dreamgenii brand. In Q1 we welcomed our new 100% Jersey Cotton Covers, and the introduction of our inaugural consumer facing brand awareness campaign, signals another massive milestone.
“Dreamgenii has been supporting pregnant mamas for over 16 years, butthe pregnancy pillow category is still ever-innovating, and we hope this investment demonstrates to our retailers that we are not resting on our laurels.
“As a brand, we are dedicated to supporting the pregnancy category by helping parents with an ongoing campaign that’s packed with expert advice to emotionally support families through pregnancy and beyond, as well as physically through our award-winning, trusted products.”
