Body Coach releases CARiFiT workouts with Ergobaby

Popular fitness vlogger, personal trainer, author and all-round media personality Joe Wicks (aka The Body Coach) has released three CARiFiT workout videos, lending his support to the parent-and-baby carrier-based fitness programme.

Babywearing expert Ergobaby is the official partner of the CARiFiT post-natal workouts and the carriers can be seen in the videos, which Joe – whose first daughter was born this summer – points out are ideal for dads as well as mums.

Three CARiFiT videos (which direct those looking for carrier advice to Ergobaby’s website) are already available on Joe’s YouTube channel and have been viewed thousands of times. CARiFiT and Ergobaby began working together on the post-natal workout programme last January and Ergobaby is named as the official babywearing partner.

The Body Coach/CARiFiT videos can be seen here.

The Body Coach has more than 600,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel, 3 million followers on Facebook and 2.4 million followers on Instagram.
