John Testori of Bambola Toymaster in St Helier, Jersey will be joining the Toymaster board of directors on 1 September as non executive director, the buying group has confirmed.
Bambola has been a member of Toymaster since 1989.
John’s appointment will be placed before the shareholders for their approval at the 2022 Annual General Meeting in Harrogate, which will be held on the evening of 18 May at the Toymaster May Show.
Chris Blatcher, chairman of Toymaster, said in a statement to members: “I hope you will all join me in supporting John’s appointment and wish him every success in serving the members of Toymaster in the future.”
