Aldi starts new year with huge baby sale

Discount supermarket Aldi is starting off the new year on the right foot, with a huge baby and toddler sale running across its network of UK stores, with nursery furniture proving to be this year’s stand out range.

The heavily discounted Special Buy range comprises of almost 200 items, which are already available to pre-order online. Product will be arriving in stores this Thursday, 9 January and will be on sale as long as stocks last.

The range – which starts at £1.39 for a Tommee Tippee My First Cup – includes everything from food and clothing to nursery furniture, with the latter proving to be the focus of consumers’ attentions after previous collections were compared to designer products.

Key products being promoted ahead of the sale include a nursery changing unit (£99.99), a bedside crib (£79.99) and the Accent Rocking Chair (£149.99).

Consumers will also be able to pick up a moses basket and stand bundle for less than £30 and a baby thermometer for just £10.
