Baby carrier company Ergobaby will be live streaming a series of online CARiFiT workouts for new parents over the coming weeks.
Over the past two years Ergobaby has been creating and sharing a number of online CARiFiT home workout videos which have proven to be very popular throughout the parenting community.
As a response to the current crisis situation, Vern Hill will be streaming two full, real time workouts each week, allowing mums everywhere to enjoy them free of charge. The workouts will be held on the CARiFiT YouTube channel a Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm UK time.
“CARiFiT is proven to enhance the minds, moods and energy of new mums and provide a safe an inclusive community,” said Vern. “The classes will give new mums some much needed movement, community and energy during this time of huge worry, uncertainty and isolation.”
The @cari_fit live stream class every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm UK time (suggest each region inserts its own converted time here) free of charge.
Each CARiFiT live stream will be lead by postnatal fitness expert and CARiFiT founder Vern Hill and will include a full 30-minute CARiFiT workout.
