Baby and nursery trade shows CBME Shanghai and Kind und Jugend provide focus for BPA, as the organisation continues to promote ways that suppliers can grow their international trade opportunities.
With a successful Harrogate achieved for 2019, the Baby Product’s Association is now concentrating its efforts on business further afield, with UK Pavilions at two key international trade shows offering a number of exporting opportunities.
As a trade challenge partner for the Department of International Trade (DIT), the BPA is delighted to have again secured TAP funding grants for the UK Pavilions at both of these international shows. The grants are limited in number and it is worth noting that the eligibility criteria for TAP funding has changed this year.
Suppliers who meet the new criteria should complete the application forms as soon as possible (see links below).
CBME Shanghai takes place from 24 – 26 July 2019 and is the world’s biggest trade sourcing event for baby, child and maternity products. The exhibition attracts more than 3,000 exhibitors from around the world including Australia, Italy, Korea, New Zealand, Spain, Taiwan and the United States. TAP grants of £2,500 are available, although remaining space in the UK Pavilion area is already limited.
Full details of CBME China and stand rates with booking form can be found on the BPA website.
Kind und Jugend takes place in Cologne, Germany from 19 – 22 September 2019 and the UK Pavilion typically sells out fast. As one of the largest country-specific pavilions at the show, it covers 2,500 square metres. TAP grants of £1,500 are available for this event.
The Kind und Jugend information pack and rates can be found on the BPA website, as can the online booking form.
