Baby product company Summer Infant is continuing its marketing efforts this year with a new social campaign #summerfamilysuperheroes which focuses on celebrating the strength and beauty of parenthood.
The new initiative has been timed to coincide with My Family Week and will be running from 4 – 28 October 2018.
To launch the event, Summer Infant has teamed up with five different families so it can portray them as real life superheroes. each has their own special set of parenting super-skills (from the ‘Aqua Spectacular’ to ‘The Pixelator’) and has been given the perfect Summer Infant product to help them reach their maximum superhero potential.
Summer Infant then followed a day in the life of each superhero, embracing the different challenges parenthood brings.
“At Summer Infant we believe the strength and beauty of parenthood should be celebrated and that all parents are superheroes, including these five families,” said Charlotte Young, brand and product marketing co-ordinator. “It’s a resounding feeling among our heroes that although parenting is incredibly rewarding it’s a big challenge and we know that our products will make life that bit easier for them!”
To help drive engagement throughout the initiative, competitions and special offers will also be included within the marketing activity.
