Cybex has commissioned graffiti artist Harriet Wood, to create a striking art piece at one of its independent retailers, Paul Stride, in York.
Known for its iconic and fashionable pushchairs and car seats, Cybex is now making another bold statement through art.
Recognised by The Guardian as one of the UK’s top five female graffiti artists, Harriet Wood took the opportunity to make a daring statement reflecting the versatility of the Cybex brand.
Her artwork demonstrates the unique patterns that Cybex incorporates into its designs including Space Rocket (in partnership with designer Anna K), Koi (a Japanese-inspired fashion collection) and Cherubs (the third collaboration with American designer Jeremy Scott).
“The graffiti artwork at Paul Stride represents the Cybex brand and its ambition to create stylish products suited to individual lifestyles,” said general manager Luke Burns. “It goes to show that Cybex doesn’t just offer its customers convenience and high-end luxury, but it makes an artistic statement and stands out from the crowd.”
