JB Gill hosts PAW Patrol Little Heroes PAW Awards

The winners spent the weekend at Gloworm with a special VIP glamping experience.

The inaugural PAW Patrol Little Heroes PAW Awards were held at Gloworm Festival earlier this month, with former JLS star JB Gill handing out the prizes.

Parents, relatives and friends were asked to nominate their real-life little heroes in the PAW Patrol Little Heroes PAW Awards 2018 and the eight finalists were chosen from hundreds of entries.

Based on the personalities of the heroic pups, the Awards champion little ones who deserve to be recognised for the challenges they have faced in their lives and how they have touched the lives of others.

The winners spent the weekend at Gloworm with a very special VIP glamping experience, as well as attending the exclusive Awards ceremony. JB Gill, former JLS band member turned farmer, was on hand to present the trophies, medals and certificates to all the deserving winners alongside favourite PAW Patrol pups Chase and Marshall.

“The ceremony was certainly emotional – there was not a dry eye in the house,” said Charlotte Yates, marketing manager at Spin Master UK. “The bravery, courage and pure selflessness of these little unsung heroes is truly inspirational, and we are very honoured to be able to recognise their incredible achievements with these Awards.

“We are looking forward to making the Awards even bigger and better in 2019.”

The PAW Patrol Little Heroes PAW Awards Winners 2018 are:

  • Ivy Metcalfe, age 4, received The Zuma Award for showing Maturity Beyond their Years
  • Kaidan Rowdon, age 5, received The Rocky Award for Helping the Community
  • Lola Turner, age 9, received The Ryder Award for PDSA Pet Hero of the Year
  • Andrew Cunnington, age 5, received The Rubble Award for Overcoming Adversity
  • Brandon Craske-Playfoot, age 7, received The Skye Award for Outstanding Bravery
  • William, age 3, received The Everest Award for Inspiring Friendship
  • Bethany Drakeley, age 10, received The Marshall Award for Unwavering Loyalty to others
  • Harry Thompson, age 6, received The Chase Award for Leading by Example
