The nursery industry will be welcoming a number of new appointments over the coming weeks as a host of new faces join the teams at Dorel, Skip Hop and Summer Infant.
Dorel UK has welcomed Jonathon Eve on board as territory sales manager. As the newest member of the UK sales team, Jonathon will represent all five Dorel brands (Maxi Cosi, Quinny, Tiny Love, Safety 1st and Baby Art) working with independent retailers based in the south of the UK.
“Jonathon joins us with great industry experience in both the retail sector,” commented UK sales manager Keith Belch. “His knowledge of the independent trade allows us to continue the support we offer specialist retailers.”
Skip Hop has appointed a new business development agent to cover the north east of England and Scotland, to support the company’s ongoing business growth in the UK. Sarah Cartwright will be responsible for developing business with Skip Hop’s existing toy, nursery and gift customers, as well as new identifying new prospects.
“At Skip Hop we have ambitious plans to significantly increase our market share in the UK and beyond,” commented country manager Jon Tilley. “Given her background in the toy and nursery sectors, Sarah will play an integral part in retaining customer relations, as well as identifying and driving sales forward into new retailers.”
Finally, Summer Infant has announced the appointment of Vienna Swanborough as national account manager within the UK sales team, with responsibility for customers within grocery and baby specialists.
