Spring Fair 2018: Talking to Skip Hop

Gemma Stokes, who looks after marketing for global parenting lifestyle brand Skip Hop, spoke to PreschoolNews.net about business at Spring Fair and what’s in store for visitors to the Skip Hop stand over the next few days.

Gemma is pleased with how busy the show has been so far, saying; “We’ve had a lot of independents coming on and placing orders. It’s been good!”

The company is launching two new animals into its popular Zoo range (a llama and a bat!) which will be available at retail from March this year. Taking centre stage on the stand was the new bouncer with jump counter, which is already selling well.

“Retailers are keen to get it in store,” adds Gemma. “There’s been a lot of interest in being able to showcase it in store as well.”

“We find a lot of people come to London Toy Fair to see the product range,” she concludes, “but they come to Spring Fair to place the orders.”
